My partner and I came in together to design our engagement ring and Luis and Daniela made it the most personal, welcoming and special experience. Having no prior experience with Sapphires they answered all our questions without judgement and helped us find our perfect gem. They then helped me design the setting and brought it to life better than I could have imagined. If you are looking for a jeweler for a gemstone engagement ring stop looking because you will never find somewhere with better service or a more stunning final product. Can’t wait to see Luis and Daniela again for our wedding bands.

I cannot thank Luis and Daniela enough for helping my fiance design the ring of my dreams! I had absolutely nothing to do with the process, and was absolutely blindsided by the proposal and yet they managed to create something so perfect and so me. I cannot recommend Luis and Daniela enough! they made the whole design process so easy. Luis helped me pick an emerald for my engagement ring, explaining everything for me. The finished ring was exactly what I wanted and is beautiful. Will definitely be returning for our wedding bands!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were so patient and helpful in guiding me to choose the perfect piece. The quality of the jewelry is outstanding with every detail beautifully crafted. What I appreciated most is that they truly care about finding what suits you best rather than just selling. After going around Perth and doing our research, we only came to realise that we should’ve stuck with the first place we went to because Gemstone WA stood out from the rest for their amazing quality and customer care. From the very first day to most recently picking up our wedding bands, Luis and Daniela's service has been impeccable and nothing short of amazing. Luis has a wealth of knowledge and generously shared this with us when designing my fiancé's saphire ring. He also catered to our budget, had excellent communication and the end product was exactly what we wanted. Cannot recommend Luis, his shop and his expertise more. He guided me through the process of creating a custom pendant for my partner. I’ve had a wonderful experience at Gemstone Western Australia Fine Jewellery with Luis and Daniela. I bought a beautiful emerald off Luis about 10 years ago and had a ring I wanted to put the emerald in, they helped me straight away, sized the stone to the placeholder ring and made it happen, I am so happy with the results and I can finally wear this amazing emerald. I will be returning for future business as they are trust worthy, reliable and very professional business owners ( I didn’t trust anyone else with my loose emerald) Thank you again
